Frequently Asked Questions

  • We sell trees exclusively to professionals. Our clients include landscape contractors, garden architects, planting contractors, greenery dealers, and cities and municipalities.

  • Individuals are warmly welcomed to select the perfect trees with their landscaper or garden architect. Are you an individual without an architect or landscaper? Then contact us by email for advice and support.

  • You can view our current stock in our online catalog. Here you will find photos and current dimensions of all our trees and plants. This online catalog is updated daily.

  • If the tree you're looking for isn't listed, or if you need a complete planting list, please contact us. We are happy to assist. Can we reserve trees? That is definitely possible. Ask about our reservation conditions.

  • You can request prices and order plants via email or WhatsApp. We prefer this over phone contact to avoid misunderstandings.

  • We grow trees with love, passion, and craftsmanship. Trees sometimes stay in the nursery for years before they are sold. No tree is sold that we do not stand 100% behind. Quality is our best asset for a long-term relationship. However, since we cannot control how a tree is planted and how much water it receives in the first few years, it is impossible to give a guarantee. If problems arise, you can always contact us for advice.

  • We organize transport from A to Z, either with our own truck or through an external transport company. Deliveries are never freight-free. Of course, you can also pick up the trees during our opening hours. Do you also rent out plants? Yes, we do that too. This is always customized.

  • We do not do garden landscaping. Growing trees is our priority. However, we can provide assistance up to the planting hole during delivery.

  • You can pick up trees on weekdays from Monday to Friday between 8:00 AM and 4:30 PM. Want to pick up outside these hours? That is possible after consultation. Tip: give us a heads up when you're coming, so we can minimize waiting time.

  • If you have chosen a tree, it needs to be prepared for transport. Therefore, in most cases, you cannot take the tree immediately.

  • Of course, we give advice. We want our trees to be planted correctly. Here are some golden tips:

    • Ensure a good location with sufficient oxygen and provide root stimulant during planting.

    • Provide immediate watering. There are various systems, but we only fully support drip irrigation.

    • Do not plant too deep. Ensure that the original root ball is level or slightly higher than the final ground level.

    • Keep a strip around the tree lawn-free. Lawn is very detrimental to the oxygen supply to the roots. Planting or bark around the tree is not a problem.
